The Night Circus, Part One
I've been reading The Night Circus lately, and I may have a new favorite book, depending on how the ending is handled. The pacing is much like a train that carries a circus, slow and sedate at first while one's interest is peaked by the spectacle and oddities glimpsed within, but picking up speed at a rate that is initially imperceptible. I am two thirds of the way through and I am beginning to feel how out of control the world within the circus has become, as though I am trapped on a train hurtling towards a cliff or a brick wall. I feel the end will be catastrophic or wondrous, either way it will be incredible.

The Beginning
http://bridgesonthebody.blogspot.com/2011/12/its-official-1911-corset-sew-along.html
As I have been desiring to increase my creative output for awhile now, this seemed a great opportunity to encompass quite a few of my long term goals: Make more things, learn more about corseting, and fit it all in around my existing schedule. So, however short notice, I'll be participating in this.... I'm so excited.
